Yes what I got was what I expected (even better than I expected). I felt that I had done well for the shuttle run and standing broad jump. However I had done badly for the 2.4km run.
I fared fairly okay, except when I think my hamstring muscle starts to ache a little after doing continual sit-up. It exacerbated my performance in standing broad jump and I have problems for the rest of the day.
I am quite satisfied with the result as I had gotten 3Bs. However, I did not meet my expectations for the standing broad jump and sit ups as I had gotten a D and C respectively. I was also quite irritated when I found out I only had to do 1 more pull up for inclined pull ups and reach 1 more centimetre for sit and reach to get an A for both.

Yes and no it is what i expected. I couldnt really jump really well for my SBJ, could have pulled a few more pullups to get an A and run faster for my shuttle run
All the stations except for the inclined pull ups I felt were much better than expected. I suddenly felt very tired and cannot pull myself up quickly. My sit-ups and shuttle run were the ones which I felt that most surpasses my expectations. I usually am last for shuttle run but I suddenly became among the top few and I am very happy, although my spectacles fell out. My sit-ups was also among the top few.
This is not what I have expected. For standing broad jump, I should have remembered to use the techniques that Mr Aidil taught us. Due to my forgetfulness, I did not follow it and hence, getting a C for broad jump. Besides that, my sit-ups were also not good. I did not pace myself and did too fast in the front part. In the end, I got a B. Sit and Reach was above my expectations as I managed to do 52cm!~ Inclined Pull ups and Shutter Run met my expectations.

What I got was within my expectation. I thought I had done well because I had not been sporty all these while. However, I think I can achieve better grades if I exercise regularly:)
I ws happy as i got 4As and 1B for the 5 stations but this didn't help as i got a D for 2.4km
