yes i got what i expected. i did not walk as much this time compared to the trial. I improved my timing and increased the distance i ran without stopping.
It is sort of what i expected. I was too slow in the beginning, thinking that conserving my energy for the last would help to improve my timing. Although my timing improved, I still think I should run at the same pace throughout the whole 2.4km and sprint at the last 200m.
No. This is not what I expected. I do not have enough stamina as I had before due to the change of CCA (not blaming it). I also did not train good enough. I will run to train my stamina.
No, this was not what i had expected. my timing had de-proved alot because during the ran my stomach was aching. I will train more and improve my stamina for the next 2.4 km run
No, I did not fulfill my expectations. My stamina started to fail when I reached the 1.2km turn around and I could not jog for as long periods of time after that. I will practise for my re-test by running for long distances.
No i did not do well, My run was fine until the last 10 poles i had a stomach upset and had a minor vomit. This has caused me to stop for a minute or so. The only mistake i made is that i sprinted at the wrong timing as i thought that those where the last 10 poles. I sprinted and ended up vomiting.
I expected my result, this was acceptable result for me to accomplished. I ran pretty well managed to complete the run. I was rather slow. I did not stop throughout the whole run.
It was expected, as I tried to run and not walk at all during the 2.4 km run. I had a minor cramp at my stomach which affected me a little. In the end, I only walked for a few poles and kept on running, hence the pass of E with 16min 30sec, but I ran the same distance in 22min during the trial.
Yes, i get what I expected. I have tried not to walk and I did so I have done well. My timing improved too.

ReplyDeleteSort of... I never got the chance to train myself properly, and there wasn't exactly much motivation for me to run properly. I failed the run.... =.=

ReplyDeleteNo, I deproved as I had abdominal and leg cramps which decreased my stamina.
ReplyDeletenot really, because i walked half and jogged half so i failed.. ==
ReplyDeleteYes.I have always been very bad at running.

ReplyDeleteI am glad that I passed and got an E.
ReplyDeleteI think I did well because I was not prepared at all and because of this, I wanted to run all the way without slacking. And hence, I passed.

ReplyDeleteIs what you get is what you expected?
ReplyDeleteWhat has happened? What went wrong? What have you done well?
It is not what i expected. My lungs failed me.... I could have took my CCA coach advice seriously
I have exceeded my expectations and feel quite happy with myself. I only stopped once in the 2.4km rest and I helped to push Shawn ahead of me.
